Thank you for booking with Queenstown Shuttles & Private Tours Limited. We pride ourselves on our professional infield support and help for all of our passengers, whether small or large groups.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● You can request to cancel this booking with a full refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled booking.
● After 7 days prior to your booking we reserve the right to hold the booking deposit paid.
● If you cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking the deposit paid is non-refundable.
● If you fail to contact us prior to your booking and do not show up we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your booking, less any
deposit payment received. (We have shuttles and Driver Guides locked in for your booking).
● No booking is ever confirmed without a 50% deposit having been paid.
GENERAL PROPOSAL and QUOTE DETAILS:
● All figures quoted above or in our website and or all Proposal quotes are inclusive of GST. (NZ Govt Tax)
● Proposal Quotes are priced on the details you have provided us and will vary based on client variations to booking.
● We have made our best effort to as accurately as possible estimate costs for this proposal and your transport requirements.
● Day, evening or multi day overnight tour bookings do end up being ‘fluid’ on the day of transport, and at times we have to charge
accordingly if and when our driver guides are requested to operate greater hours than was initially planned and quoted for.
● We abide by NZ laws and maximum allowable “duty times” for our driver guides. They must have time off duty, it’s a legal requirement
on long day operations. This is for your safety and ours.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
● A soiling cleaning charge will be charged against the bookers credit card if a passenger soils, (Vomits, or spills significant sugary or
alcoholic beverages in our shuttle vehicles. This is set at $140 inc.
● If damage to our vehicles is identified after a group exits, We reserve the right to have this damage assessed for repair, email the booker this repair quote and charge the client bookers card to reinstate this damage.
● A booker on behalf of a group, takes responsibility for their group’s behavior. Please respect our onboard support and good will. Our
driver guides are there to make sure you have a good time, and make some awesome memories, but we need you to be safe and
for us to get you transported with minimal fuss.
